The application for residence permit needs these documents:

1、Original valid passport and visa;

2、Our official application letter and Admission Notice;

3、Original JW201/202;

4、At the immigration office, fill in the "Foreigner Visa/Residence Permit Application Form", and paste one passport-size photo with white background; 2-inch

5、Temporary residence registration form;

6、Health report certificate issued by Jiangsu International Travel Health Center. Your health certificate of verification has been sent to the visa office. The paper copy of verification certificate is not necessary if you apply for a visa in Nanjing. You can find your report in the WeChat official account of the Health Center.
