College of International Education (CIE) is one of the second-level colleges of Jinling Institute of Technology (JIT)that responsible for the operation of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs and international educational exchange programs. CIE actively respond to the national higher education internationalization development strategy, commits itself to promoting the development of international education of JIT,and actively cooperates with offshore universities in promoting the reform of education and teaching.CIE has established cooperative relations with universities in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Austria, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia and other countries, and has built a multi-functional international education cooperation and exchange platform for JIT.

Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges (OICE) is the functional agency responsible for implementing foreign policies and coordinating international cooperation and exchange affairs of Jinling Institute of Technology (JIT). OICE is mainly responsible for international resources building, policy control, foreign affairs management and service, etc.

Office of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Affairs (OHMTA) is the central department in JIT to coordinate and deal with the educational exchange affairs between Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions according to the policies of the Party and the state towards these regions.Its main work contents include: the organization and implementation of visits from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions; the application and approval for visiting Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions on official business and handling of certificates; the organization and implementation of exchange programs for students to universities in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions; the organization and coordination of academic exchange activities with Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions; the development, implementation and management of intercollegiate cooperation projects with universities in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions;Recruitment and management of students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions; and other tasks assigned by the superior departments.
